Product Description
This series of air-cooled oil coolers is made of aluminum alloy and features a lightweight design, high impact resistance, and high heat transfer efficiency.
Structurally, fins have been added to the radiator tubes to increase the heat dissipation area and accelerate heat transfer. Driven by a fan, air acts as a cooling medium to forcibly remove heat, achieving low-cost, high-efficiency cooling that meets energy-saving, water-saving, and environmental requirements. Clearly, it is the most popular choice for oil coolers on the market.

Q1：How to select the correct air cooler size for my hydraulic system?
A1: You need to calculate the heat dissipation capacity (Pv) . Please provide us with: 1) Motor power (kW), 2) Desired oil temperature, 3) Ambient temperature, 4) Tank volume. We will calculate the required cooling power (W/℃) for you for free.
Q2：Can an air-cooled oil cooler be installed horizontally?
A2: Yes, but it is recommended to install it with the fan facing upward or with horizontal airflow. Avoid installing it with the oil port facing downward to prevent the accumulation of contaminants. Please refer to the product manual for specific installation instructions.
Q3: How can I tell if an air-cooled oil cooler needs cleaning?
A3: If the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet air decreases significantly, the outlet air temperature rises, or the oil temperature remains consistently high, the aluminum fins may need to be cleaned. We recommend using compressed air for backflushing or a specialized cleaning agent.
Q4: What are the space requirements for installing an air-cooled oil cooler?
A4: To ensure efficient heat dissipation, we recommend the following: ① Keep the air intake at least 300 mm away from obstacles; ② Keep the air outlet at least 400 mm away from walls or equipment; ③ When installing multiple units side by side, maintain a spacing of at least 200 mm between them or arrange them in a staggered pattern; ④ Avoid hot air recirculation (e.g., by directing the air outlet toward the air intakes of other equipment).
